Return & Refund Policy
In the event you are not 100% satisfied with any item, we accept returns with the following conditions.
Items must be returned to our office or to our postal address: PO Box 9350, Edenglen, 1613
Any returned item must be in it's original condition and packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3 working days.
A 15% handling charge will apply for all refunds except for where items are incorrectly ordered and exchanged for other products on the store. Eg printer ribbons.
Please allow for a period of up to 14 days for a refund to be processed and make sure to inform us of your correct bank details by means of a bank letter.
